Event Information
Event Submission Guidelines
  • All Events are subject to approval by the willmar.com staff. Please allow up to 4 working days for your event to appear on the calendar.
  • Ensure to put the name of the sponsoring organization in the "Sponsoring Organization" field and do not include this in the title.
  • When entering the "Event Description" be as descriptive as possible, there are no limits as to the amount of text you can include in this field.
  • Special Instructions or Information that you would like to emphasize should be included in the "Specail Instructions" field.
  • Maps and Driving Directions will only function if you provide the Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code information for the Event Location.
Title of the Event. Titles in all capital letters will not be accepted.
Use the list above to select one or more categories you feel this event should be listed under.
If you do not want an end time to show please select this box.
Please note: That by selecting this option when users view this event it will not display an end time. However, you will still need to select an End Time for the event. You can leave the end time at the default of 30 mins after the start time.

For multiday events please choose the "Multiday Event" option from the "Repeats" selection below.
