- Bid Presentation:
- The Willmar Lakes Area CVB will coordinate and submit a competitive written bid, and will do a formal presentation whenever requested.

- We'll assist in finding meeting space and room blocks that best suit your group or convention.
- Program Planning:
- Our staff is ready to assist you with planning tours, functions or spousal programs, based on our knowledge of the area and from ideas enjoyed in the past.
