REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
September 1, 2008
PHOTOGRAPHS: July 6, 2008 - To have a picture of your car in the souvenir newspaper, photos must be received by July6th.
STARTING ORDER: The starting gun for the tour will sound at 9:30 a.m.
COSTUMES: The tour encourages but does not requires period clothing. Please plan to wear period costumes. They add a great deal of run to the
tour for both participants and spectators.
ACCOMODATIONS: Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been blocked at each of the following:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5
3:00 p.m. Registration begins at the Holiday Inn in Willmar, MN

6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Complimentary Hospitality Room open for Tour Participants and Local VIP’s.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6
7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Breakfast Buffet will be served at the hotel during which the tour cars will be on dis play and open to the public.

9:30 a.m. The Tour begins! The route will include scenic secondary (blacktop) highways, allowing tour participants to view the result of a massive glacier which ceased movement and melted on the Minnesota prairie.

12:00 p.m. (noon) Lunch will be served on the shores of beautiful Lake Minnewaska at the Lakeside Ballroom Glenwood, MN. The selfguided tour will depart around 2:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m.
Arrive in Alexandria, MN. City brochures will be provided highlighting local areas of interest for participants to enjoy.

6:30 p.m. Reception and Dinner on the patio of the Barn Restaurant (Holiday Inn).

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet to be served.

9:00 a.m. Tour to depart, with the first stop being the Kensington Runestone Park.

11:30 a.m. Brunch at the community center in Starbuck, MN.

Tour will continue to Swift Falls State Park (restrooms and refreshments available).

Last stop will be Sunburg, MN to socialize with a local car club and visit a local car collection.
